Marci R.  Zelenski, BS, PA-C

Marci Rae Zelenski, BS, PA-C, is a dedicated and experienced physician assistant who has been providing comprehensive primary care for over 25 years. A graduate of Seton Hill University with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, Marci is board certified in Medicine and Surgery. Marci has spent her entire career focusing on internal medicine, caring for adult patients with a wide range of health concerns.

At Southwest Medical Center, Marci provides medical care to adults ages 18 and older, with particular attention to preventive care, chronic disease management, and women’s health. Her approach to patient care emphasizes open communication, active listening, and a collaborative relationship. She believes in including patients in their medical decisions to ensure their goals and values are respected throughout their care.

Patients often describe Marci as focused, compassionate, and attentive. She values long-term patient relationships and takes pride in helping individuals navigate their health journeys over time.

In addition to her work in internal medicine, Marci is certified in aesthetic medicine and practices in the center’s medispa, where she offers Botox and Juvederm injections as well as laser treatments. She also provides care at Southwest Medical Center’s Weight Management Center, helping patients achieve healthier lifestyles.

Outside of medicine, Marci enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She’s a proud football mom and cheer mom, loves being active in the community and at her children’s school events, and stays physically active herself through exercise and home projects. When she’s not on the go, she enjoys relaxing by the pool and spending time with her two dogs.
